When your home's ready for its close-up, we'll have it professionally staged, which can dramatically transform your home and boost your bottom line.  In fact, reports that staged homes statistically sell 87% faster than non-staged homes and for 17% more!

  • Sellers who make repairs and upgrades prior to selling generally sell for more and in less time.  However, each property and project is unique and therefore no results are guaranteed.
  • If approved, your loan may (within lender’s sole discretion) be secured by a deed of trust against the property
    you currently own (the “Collateral Property”). The Collateral Property must be residential real property
    improved with 1-4 dwelling units, or a condominium unit. Program availability will depend on the location of
    the property and whether services are available in that state. We do not make loans secured by vacant land,
    commercial property, or cooperatives.
  • The total of all debt secured by the Collateral Property, including the Windermere Ready loan, may not
    exceed 75% of the Collateral Property’s current fair market value. Fair market value will be established by a
    comparative market analysis (CMA), which must be prepared by a Windermere Broker.
  • You must enter into a listing agreement for the Collateral Property with the Windermere broker who prepared
    the CMA no later than the date that the loan is funded. The Collateral Property must be published for sale
    within sixty days after funding. The Collateral Property must remain actively listed with the same Windermere
    firm until the loan has been fully repaid.
  • The loan term is six months. There are no monthly payments, but the loan must be repaid in full when the
    Collateral Property is sold, or when the loan term expires, whichever comes first.
  • The maximum loan amount is $100,000.00. Loan proceeds may only be used to fund the improvements to
    the Collateral Property in anticipation of listing it for sale (such as new carpet, paint, repairs, landscaping, etc.).
  • The loan fee is 4.00% of the loan amount and is financed into the loan amount.
  • There is no out of pocket expenses to the borrower.
  • Borrowers also pay other third party fees, which are financed into the loan.
